The white label rattler will bring a strong premium from some buyers, certainly not all. A much smaller premium to none at all for the Columbian, commems are actually more common in older holders than other coins.

The Franklin half itself has little value beyond melt. It would be interesting to see just what premium the holder itself would bring. I personally would pay no premium but I am well aware that many others would.
Devewesen has nailed it. The 108 series represents the white Rattler, but as we became aware of them, it was discovered that the later serial numbers of the 108 series became the first of the regular 'green' Rattlers.

No premium at all to the columbian other than what any rattler would bring. The white label Franklin really depends on who you put the coin in front of. Definitely more than the coin itself.
Franklin would bring a lot more than $300 I suspect

There is a reason why our hosts stopped making gen 1 rattlers. They are so easy to counterfeit.
The height and width of the paper label on the Franklin is not something that I've ever seen before. I'm not sure that it is a genuine white rattler.
That is a 1.0 PCGS slab. Less than 40 or so known at present.
I notice only one edge of the label appears to be perforated. I wonder what clues that offers about its manufacture.

White rattler #108576 (also a PR65 Franklin) sold on GC for $3716.34.

Lakesammman is probably the strongest buyer of these white label PCGS rattlers.
He is as honest as they come.
If you decide to ship the slab to him or anywhere else make sure you triple box it to keep it ultra safe!
Some cold rainy day I will pull out my slabs acquired years ago and look at them. I really do not think I have any special ones... It will be a complete surprise if I do....Thanks for the links, I have them saved. Cheers, RickO
That Franklin half dollar looks like it has a 50-50 chance of getting a gold CAC sticker. Even if it does get one it will not dramatically increase its value.
I just look at the 5 to tell which type of rattler it is.
