If I had to assess those two I'd say the 62-D is an AU58 and the 1963 is an MS62.
The first one you showed is the nicest of the bunch, I'd probably expect it to make PR66 or 67 cameo.
I agree with @ChrisH821 .... The first is the best of the three (by far), but still not 'best known'. Keep looking.... Check out some Registry sets....Cheers, RickO
What you’re about to pay is called “tuition”. You can send $200 to PCGS and the post office or you can get it here for free and not submit those coins.
It appears to me you are a beginning collector. The one suggestion I would make for ALL your coin purchases is to only use disposable income. Do not use money you can not afford to lose. This will make the hobby much more enjoyable for you.
As you might guess by looking at my Avatar I am a Franklin Fan.
With regards to Franklin proofs, the three most common dates for deep cameo contrast are 1956, 1962 and 1963. You can find some quite nice ones "in the wild" with a little bit of searching. The kicker in general for grading proof Franklins is the amount of hairlines in the "fields" of the coins. One other thing to be aware of is a problem called milk spots. Basically they look exactly like what they are called, white splotches on the coin's surface. Unfortunately, this was caused by poor production/packaging techniques, and you can NOT dip the splotch off the surface of the coin. Once it's there, it's there for good.
One thing I would suggest for all Franklin proofs that you buy is a simple acetone bath and then rinse in distilled water. This will eliminate possible unseen surface contaminates that will eventually show up on the proof surfaces.
If you have any questions about Franklins feel free to contact me via PM, and I will try and answer your questions.

I'd admit, your's is, "better known", than mine. Or is it? Just acquired mine today, as well.

Please only remember my opening Sig Line.If you want to be seen as an expert rather than an amateur, maybe you should post like one. A bunch of threads with common coins in common grades and hard to decipher legends do not equal Expert Numismatist.
