No date but it does seem to be in the 2000's? With a P mm. Found this dime at the bank in the coin machine's return bin. What do you guy's think? Thanks

Pmd, worm thin by mechanical means (dryer, etc.). Underweight, hence the reject.

How would that have been struck that way?
That coin has endured severe wear (PMD)... Likely in the proverbial dryer - a common way that coins receive such damage. Cheers, RickO
