Found an end table at the curb going to get thrown away at a neighbor's???

And about 6 hrs later after a trip to hobby lobby , adding a shelf underneath and a quarter inch of casting resin . Bam nice little place for me to sit and act like i know what I'm doin!
Thx neighbor i couldn't have done it without you.

The pics are too close to make out what I'm looking at. Is that the top of the table?

How are you at fixing roofs ? The heat was on max and it blew the roof.

Casting resin can adversely effect your coins if left sitting too long.

I cannot determine what we are supposed to see... looks like a small section of a table you scavenged. Cheers, RickO
I'm not a currency person, but if that bill is authentic, it would have to be worth a lot due to its serial number.
My strategy is about collecting what I intend to keep, not investing in what I plan to sell.

If I am interpreting correctly, the OP placed the bill on his table and poured resin over it to make a new table top (or shelf top for the shelf he added)?

It looks like one of those "collectable" gold foil bills.

It’s not a real note. Nice addition though.
The top frame of that drawer looks like your neighbor stored his drill bits there.

You can't beat free. Every storage area/work surface is valuable.

I'm still confused.
The only thing I'm sure about is that I don't want him renovating my furniture.
I thought you were going to tell us you found a secret drawer with treasure in it.

why did you post this?? Table buy??? or showing the bill ?
Whatever purpose those holes were drilled for the guy who did the drilling would have flunked 7th grade woodshop.
Are the pen hangers original?

I was hoping for more pictures taken from more of a distance. I really wanted to see what it is.

Is there a point here?
