The secondary market has been moribund for years - including 1959 sets. 1959 Mint sets have a greysheet price of $40 but you won't get near that from any dealer. It's hard to find any market make who will pay more than 75% of greysheet these days.
How true....however, current price and sold prices for the 2020 sets on ebay tell a different story. As of today, average sold price is 30%+ above Mint issue price, and this is even before "No longer available" from the Mint.

Florida, go to the U.S. Mint website. Look for product schedule. It will list specific products and there release date.
