"Money does not care about speeches on morality. Capital asks whether the rules will remain the same tomorrow. With inflation, people assume price is the problem, and propose regulation—but price is simply the message." - Martin Armstrong

Sounds like the gold in question belongs to the investors not to Tommy.
Just can't trust people when it comes to gold.

Hmm. Interesting. I wonder what the truth is exactly. Is 5+ years of your life worth 5 million or so? Maybe, maybe not.

If you earned the 5 million yes.

Perhaps he no longer knows where the coins are... Yet divulging where they were, could lead authorities to his accomplice.... Just a thought... Cheers, RickO

    What's the statute of limitations?
    7 years?
Must be a decent chunk of gold to play that game.
Bonus on the free room and board.

Michael Milken "stole" $4B, was fined $2B and spent two years in a minimum security camp. By my calculation they paid him $1B per year to go to prison...I might do that. Not $1M/year.

Long incarceration for a short boat ride.
