That is machine doubling... No numismatic premium. Cheers, RickO
Well I feel stupid. I thought that was DD since the lines were away from the main ones.
When you think it is not machine doubling, it's fairly simple to "look it up"
(compare to known DDOs, DDRs, etc.) at varietyvista.com :
