Will PCGS be closing again tomorrow?

Due to the sharp increase in COVID cases in CA, and the shutdown ordered for Southern CA starting tonight, will PCGS be closing again or will they remain open but at a reduced capacity?

Last time there were restrictions, PCGS remained open because they said they were an essential business. I assume that would still be the case.

As someone who works for an essential business in CA, I will say that there are not exemptions. You serve an essential function or you do not. The local regulations are written in such a way that they don't provide clear direction for all businesses. I believe PCGS is in a category where that's the case. In a situation like that, you have to work with your legal counsel and the local health services department to come to an understanding on where you fall.
In many cases, you put together your own case for whether you are essential or not and act accordingly.
In my county, there are certain health measures that all employers must take to ensure the safety of their employees. Depending on your facility, you may or may not be set up to meet those requirements. PCGS has already been down this road once, so I'm sure they have a plan for that (if they ever stopped).

since there are less than a handful of similar businesses in the entire country, I would think there is plenty of leeway into what this business is classified as.
