Hi all! I'm having trouble locating information on this Patriotic Order Sons of America Large Cent token. I have found some information about the organization but nothing about stamped Large Cents, etc. Any help with its history and value would be greatly appreciated. I'm planning on keeping it in my collection as it's a pretty interesting piece. Thanks!

It seems their more recent mission statement is quite a bit different than that of earlier in the 20th century.
That piece is worthy of more study.
I had always understood that the first elongated coins were from the 1892 World's Columbian Exposition, but this one may predate that.
This elongated cent is catalogued in Martin & Dow as SOCsosa-1 and is rated a Rarity-4 on a 1-7 scale. It isn’t uncommon to encounter this elongated on Large Cents.
