What am I missing on this CBH?

Hello,
I was watching this coin on eBay, it looks to me like a cleaned XF. Granted it is a little tougher R4 but I haven’t seen it carry heavy premiums. Am I missing something? Why would someone pay $1400 for it?

    I'm certainly not an expert like some here, but I don't think you missed anything.

    Cleaned and damaged from what I can tell.

    Not worth anywhere near the price based on my knowledge.

    well, if the Overton # is correct, then it is an R-4.

    Still not worth the premium.

    Unless the O-# is wrong.

    It could be a simple typo - perhaps the seller meant $140.00.
