My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
Know your doubled dies!
Back in 1962-63 there were some days during the summer that I would actually go through that many cent rolls in a single day. I would finish a bag, attach it to my bicycle using the bag knot (my bike design made this possible, Ride to the bank, cash in the bag and get another bag to search. I sometimes did this with nickel bags as well.
Good luck! Two enders already, this could be good.
I hope therea some nice scores in there
Found in the First ender roll
The thrill is in the hunt. Have fun!
Thanks
2nd Ender
Awesome time I bet.
Coin collecting during the great coin boom of that period was a lot of fun.
Dryer Coin/Greaser?
Brings back memories when I was 10 year sold in 1965 looking through Dad's change each night. Wheat backs were more common than memorials. Dates back to 1909 were still out there, but 1940 on was normal. I remember a prize find would be a '36 S; a '49 S was a good find. And there were no grading fees.
Good luck with your search.
......just try to avoid the thought....when you’re nearly done....that that “weird” looking 1958 you ignored was NOT the Ddo.
Good Luck. Find that one I couldn't, the 1992 p or d Close am. Could be worth a dollar for every penny you bought in all those boxes? $12,500.
"Jesus died for you and for me, Thank you,Jesus"!!!
--- If it should happen I die and leave this world and you want to remember me. Please only remember my opening Sig Line.Thanks. Been looking for it! VERY SCARCE COIN.
Makes me tired just thinking about it.... I do not have the time or patience to search that many rolls right now...Good luck... Cheers, RickO
Groovy Acid Trip Man
You are finding some old wheaties in that bunch.....Cheers, RickO
Nice 1919. For that coin being over 100 yrs. Old, sure has some nicely formed square edges? I'm thinking proof? Although, in that year, I think Proofs weren't made? Nice find regardless.
"Jesus died for you and for me, Thank you,Jesus"!!!

Partial Obverse and Reverse die clash
Good eyes find good coins. If you find that '92-D close AM ... please sell it to me.
The Hunt continues! I think the enderers I found were a bonus. Boxes aren't very good. But, I'm staying on the + side
Lamination Peel
Not sure how you look now, but pretty sure after 12,000 cents, this is what you can expect for the After

My last 2 old wheats were found in rolls like this. Very strange.
I'm having fun on my end just watching the progress. So far I like the 1919 best.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
In the 20's huh? Catch that 1922d now. Lol

Several young people who would not know the difference between a wheat cent and wheat bread have asked me about it this week.
?
Nice find. Always like to see a lamination.
Last 3 Wheats were from 1 Loomis roll
1930 is a tad uncommon. Few “S” mints, eh?
You should be filling a blue Whitman folder as you go along.
