My father, a Retired Master Gunny served under Chesty Puller, then but a Private doing battle on Peleliu, and other prior conflicts. He always admired him. USMC Rocks!!!!

    Thanks to all who served(s).

If I'm Correct, Chesty Puller is the Guy that was quoted when on Guadalcanal when one of his staff said "The enemy is in front of us and they are behind us and they are on the left and right of us" And Chesty Said "Good, then they can't get away from us this time" Or something like that
