Impossible to even speculate based on those photos, IMO. If you're sending them in with a bunch of other coins (to mitigate shipping costs per coin) and won't be paying for any coins that don't bean, it would probably be worth trying.
Only CAC knows that, but my guess is no on all three.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
Is that irredecent toning on the last one?
Thanks, but I'm 99% sure you have to pay for the coins that don't CAC.

No idea. I'm going of off HA's photos. Don't have them in hand yet.
If you are a CAC member, you're money is refunded (into your account unless you deem otherwise) if a submitted coin does not get beaned. If you submit through a Dealer member they pay $25 plus likely add a fee of their own.
I've submitted many coins however I try not to waste their time on coins I'm not convinced get the bean.
For the record, I don't think the first coin gets there but the other 2 should.
For coins insured at less than $10,000, the fee for dealers is $15, not $25. If the insured value is more than $10,000 but less than $25,000, the fee is $30. And I believe there’s a modest processing fee for each submission invoice, as well.
It’s often impossible to make meaningful grade assessments of Proof coins, based on images. And ditto for business strikes, when the images aren’t sharp and clear.

They are very nice coins, however, I would not attempt to make a CAC/NoCAC decision based on pictures. Good luck and let us know what happens. Cheers, RickO
It can be difficult to guage his taste. The will it CAC thread in coin talk (excellent, well done) has given me some good insights. I suggest you review that. I do think if he believes the coin had a previous cleaning (then retoned) it will not pass.
I would not waste my money on CAC for coins where the CAC bid in the the CDN vs non CAC bid not material enough justify the expense. An exception might be coins over $500 MV where sticker had potential increase yardage on the play. You should get a copy of CDN to research this on your material. What you don’t want is be the end user lol. I have done well with CAC material but that special well heeled willing pay the money buyer has to show up.
At a recent area show setup at (2019) curious I shopped 4 of my CAC coins around soliciting offers from other dealers goal calibrate what my best offer would be if some offered to me. They ranged from 70 pct to 110 pct of the CAC CDN bid. Passed on all of course but one fellow came back to my table and bought one at a negotiated price that worked for me. Perhaps he had a customer lined up.
The SLQ jumps from 445 to 730. Would that be worth it?
If those coins are wholesome looking and no problem you have excellent chances. I had some NGC certified proof issues like that get a cac sticker before and after conservation. The market seems to like white flashy silver coins except for the special toning market.
Maybe yes, maybe no.
all will CAC
