I see the mint mark missing, but I thought the 44 Henning Nickel had a hole in the leg of the R in PLURIBUS? Or was that just some of the 44's and not all?

@jesbroken I believe some of the Henning reverse dies did not have the characteristic R, but I can't recall if any were paired with the 1944 obverse
