Pretty excited about the Gold Shield Photo of my 1806 Draped Bust Quarter WOW!!

I haven't posted on here in years but recently got the bug to do a Draped Bust Quarter set by Browning numbers. After submitting an 1806 the photo just amazes me how well it accurately portrays the orig. colors. Just thought I would share!

That is an excellent picture... really picks up the details, even though the colors are dark. Cheers, RickO
WOW! Gorgeous... when you got the bug I'm thinking you got this one:

Great series! And a nice looking coin as well. How far along are you in your quest? Some of those varieties are very tough to find depending on your grade and quality criteria.
It's different, but I like it.
Beautiful bug! Just the type of color I like. Luster is good, too.
I'm excited about it too! That's fabulous!
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
Nice!
Great looking early quarter!
Nice glamorous pictures bring out the colors, would also like to see regular snapshots of the coin.

Thanks for sharing!
Very nice. Please share more pictures of all your coins as you complete the set. That is an impressive set to complete.
Is it a B-9? I love the die crack from the rim near the one all the way to the E in Liberty on the obverse. I also think the star going into the lower beak on the reverse is cool as well.
Thank you for all of the kind words
Yes it’s a B-9
Currently below is my progress
1804 B-1 PCGS VF-30
1804 B-2 PCGS F-15 CAC
1805 B-3 PCGS VF-35 CAC
1806/5 B-1 PCGS VF-20
1806 B-6 PCGS F-12
1806 B-9 PCGS VF-20
I’m trying for a nice original F+-VF+ s
That's exactly how I like them - F-VF+
Great start to the set. Enjoy it and take your time finding the coins you like. The longer I collect the bust coins the more I realize that the right coin is worth the wait. My biggest problem is wanting to overlook problems and talk myself into coins that my gut knows I shouldn't be buying.
I would love to see them if you have the time to post more pictures, especially the 1804's
Some really tough pieces already crossed off your list! I was doing a similar set before deciding to focus on the Capped Bust series. I only kept a few, but I know how hard a midgrade set is to do.
