From the pics that I can tell what they are looks like PMD (post mint damage). 75% of your pics I really couldn't even determine what you or I was looking at.

Maybe if you can get some closer shots I can check out the molecular structure.
State clearly just what the variety or error you think it is and then just use one good photo. Use a close up only if it is necessary for the evaluation of a specific question asked.
PMD
Post Mint Damage (PMD), some residual dirt, one or two die polish lines... No numismatic premiums for those coins. Cheers, RickO
