I am thinking it is an incredible specimen, something to be proud of in all respects. MS66
There looks to be some weakness in strike at the left loop of the bow as well as some in the upper leaves on the left of "HALF." I'd call it MS66+, but would not be surprised by a MS67 grade. The surfaces are very clean and the coin is very attractive. Luster is tough to assess from a True View, but it also looks to have ample luster.

I can also tell you it's the finest example of the 1838 V-6 die marriage that I've seen (excluding proofs).
The V-6 is identified by the repunched star 3 and file marks left of stars 2-6, along with no reverse cracks.

When I see Trueviews of deep blue I always think that the coin is in fact quite dark in hand. Are the Tueviews, true to life?
