    Guess from pics PMD from spooning/hammer etc. the rim. Been collecting two years now so fairly new but this looks like it to me. GL

    Absolutely PMD.

    It's either been spooned or a dryer coin that has been repeatedly tumbled. ALso add a little environmental damage. Regardless of what caused the rim to flatten and widen, it didn't leave the mint like that

    Definitely PMD....looks like the rim has been tapped with a spoon like we used to do to silver coins to make a ring. Cheers, RickO

    Understanding the minting process will help with coins like this.

    There is no way that coin could have been made that way.
