I’d like to have your thoughts on this coin. Is it only a chip / two chips in the MM or anything else to explore?

Lots of details left on the coin, it would look good in a penny book.
It looks like it may have had a cleaning at some point so may not be worth grading.

Looks genuine. Yes, a die chip in the MM is known. Below is a clip from a Coinfacts 18-S. The L in LIBERTY is often weak.
As for the coin, the obverse appears to have hairlines. So it was likely improperly cleaned. Probably worth grading, regardless.

Hairlines preclude grading. Just push it into a book.
Nice album coin!
Too bad about the cleaning. Someone will still like it as a budget album coin.
