Who encapsulated this coin?
Many years ago I purchased this coin and cannot determine what company encapsulated it. The front tag says "Official ANA Grade" and on the back is a hologram that says "ANA Certified," "PNG Member Verified," and "American Numismatic Association." Any info is appreciated (Sorry for the poor scans).

You can probably toss away that PL designation. Most of the PL and DMPL from that era don't meet today's standards. However, sometimes those old ANA slabs will go up a point if sent to PCGS or NGC but you would never get that small holder back again.
I would leave it alone. Nice old slab, you just don’t see many of those anymore.
