Four star at NGC, too bad PCGS does not have a star grade.
To me it is graded too high. I’ve had several NGC slabs from that era and feel like all were lower end for the grade or a bit high. Didn’t know it when I bought them, though. Found out when I learned more and tried to cross a few.
I was the second to guess right! What does 2nd place win?!
