I believe the first one, 1889, is real and worth about $25. Not UNC.
    The 1904 is a fake I think.

I'd pass on both personally. The 04-O is ok in the capital plastics holder if you get it basically at AU price.

My opinion is neutral. Not thrilled or offended by either of them. If you can get them cheap add them to a silver stack.

I think the 1889 must have come from the Smurf Hoard :D

They're worth about $25 each. And no, not worth getting graded.

The 1889 is a tougher coin, needs a dip but not a very high grade at all. The 1904 O is common but looks like a nice coin. No grading on these is suggested.

Pass on the first. Second is okay.

    Many happy BST transactions

I would pass on both.... Unless I could get them for $18 each... Then I would add them to my stack....Cheers, RickO

The 1889 is ugly, and the 1904-O is a less ugly, but along the lines of @AUandAG, something about the date looks a bit funny

The 1904-O looks OK to me, though perhaps a bit distorted, due to the imaging.

I was thinking it could be that, too. But unless it's a screaming bargain (ie, melt), authenticity isn't much of an issue, since I'd say pass.

So they are not raw; they are cooked...
