CoinFacts - Correcting the Condition Census

What is the best way to get information related to the condition census changed on CoinFacts? I've tried in the past by leaving feedback via the link in the site but nothing ever was corrected/adjusted.

It seems that PCGS is understaffed right now, as I've seen a number of CoinFacts that haven't been update - with recent high grade specimens left out the Condition Census.
Coinfacts really could be an amazing gateway to the hobby and a huge asset for PCGS. I think they are significantly missing the boat on leveraging it as a portal to the hobby
