Couldn't say slightly off center with thus one. First I've had with full date and mm this far off. Guessing 90-95% off center.

At least it's a full date. Great pick-up.
I have one similar with even less struck, I think it's a 1996-D. odd that the date gets struck but I'd figure it's because of how the die(s) is locked into the press in relation to the planchet feed.

Not exactly what the OP posted but sold for a healthy chunk of wood. Btw, looks more like a SMS then the MS it was graded.
