This coin grades PCGS MS66, and has a Pogue provenance. I've rarely seen an example with such pleasing color. The head and a couple of stars are weakly struck, as are some of the denticles on both the obverse and reverse. It also exhibits a very strong strike - particularly in the legs, knees, drapery, breasts, shield and feet. All of which are smooth except a couple of microscopic tics on Liberty's free (right) arm by the wrist. There is no rub or friction on any of the devises.

I love all things Columbian Exposition and can’t seem to stop buying the coins as I see them! Happy a birthday!
