  Welcome to the forum!

  This one seems to have it.
  It would be easy for it to get grease filled and be subject to die erosion.

  Sorry, I just realized you were asking about the P not the D.

  It still shows but many of the photos in coinfacts seem to be missing it.
  As stated grease fill or die erosion.

  I also read on line the 1974-P Ike dollar doesn't show the mintmark. Can anyone verify?

  Other than the 42-45 war nickels, they didn’t start putting “P” mint mark on any coins until 1979 if I recall.

  @RLD....Welcome aboard....I checked my '74 Ike dollars, and they have the FG... So may be a die issue...Cheers, RickO
