This should be the official coin of 2020

Any other ideas?

How about this one?
The mounted archer should be wearing a mask.
and holding a nasal swab vs a bow
I think this is a great candidate:
How about this one?
Copy cat!!
beat you to it!!
bob
Nevermind
2020 is an error year .....
Or this coin from Nuie
I think this should do it!

This one gets my vote for coin of 2020.... (with the bats on reverse - American Samoa) Cheers, RickO

It would be a coin commemorating the 25th anniversary of the 1995 Special Olympics Dollar. To maintain decorum, no picture will be posted.

Why not a beautiful coin with classical design? This would be a wish coin for me with a 2020 date instead of the joke coins of our era. Simply a Draped Bust obv with a Liberty Seated rev. Don't believe they would be able to make enough of the first year of issue. JMO

Absolutely agree!
You should probably get that one slabbed before next year rolls in.
It's nice.
And changing the cross on his body armor for a hammer and a sickle. Semper Fi!!! Edit or should I say

Wooooha! Did someone just say it's officially "TACO™" Tuesday????
I think this one:
Par the course.
Found this little guy right smack in the middle of the flu season.
Pocket change.
Need a stamp to go with the coins.
This one kind of captures the feeling of 2020.
Perhaps a canceled example would be even better.

I would probably opt for re-issuance of a year set from 1918 - - year of the last great pandemic.....................
An actual issue from Chad in Africa. This is 2020 in a nutshell.

Anything depicting the actual virus is just in poor taste IMHO.
Well good to read someone with Ethics intact.
Coin should be retired, and have its masked burned. I mean melted.
So that's that.
Not my photo. Photo credit NGC Coin Explorer. I'd have this be the ASE$1, $1, 50c and 25c coin of 2020.
I kind of like these ones that some guy is selling on eBay right now. I put it on my watch list but can’t bring myself to buy one for $15 plus shipping. I think it’s cool though

I especially like this pic the seller put up showing how he carves them. Multicoin vise, I had no idea such a thing existed.
