list of million Dollar coins for sale

There is quite a list of incredible million USD coins for sale in the next 12 months, I made a list here and for sure its not complete:
2x 1804 USD (both PR 65)
2x 1894-S Dime (PR 65 + PR 66)
3x 1794 Dollar (NGC 62, PCGS 66+, PCGS SP 66)
2x Brasher Dablone (MS 61 Lima, MS 65 Brasher)
1x Silver Center Cent SP 67
Will be interesting to see who buys them all at what prices.

At least one more, the 1885 Trade Dollar.
Possibly the only 1796 PCGS-65 Bust Dollar that previously auctioned for $1,175,000.
Also it was just August of 2019 that another 1894-S dime was auctioned. Then in March 2020 Garrett Class III 1804 $ auctioned from the Pogue collection. And another 1885 Trade Dollar in March also.
That is quite a few of the same rarities offered in a short period of time.

If any of them sell for less than seven figures do they drop off the list and lose membership in the club?
I will be impressed if someone buys them all! 😉

Seriously, this might be a good time to stock up on seven figure coins. I wonder if @ColonelJessup is ready to jump back in?

You could add the Simpson 1796 with stars quarter eagle in MS65.
I’m not sure this bodes well for the market.
Given the weakness in the market, it will be interesting to see what will happen.
I wonder if Kevin Lipton will be able to pick up some.
Time to go buy some! Anyone want to loan me 1m?
Interest rates are low - time to take a mortgage on the house!
High value trophy coin sales are always good for the market.
I'm sure they will all sell above the reserves....right?
Nice coins!
Move the decimal point 3 places to the left and I'm in the running!
If Jeff Bezos was a coin collector he could sure put together an amazing set of rarities. I guess Musk could also....Cheers, RickO
for sure not me !
will be interesting to see pricing, also for all coins between 200k - 1 Million. I currently have no idea where we are.
E.g. on the Pogue 1794 Dollar in PCGS 66+ both the winning bid and underbid are now out of the market, what does it mean for the value ? Im excited to see the first pricings at heritage. Really could be anything, could be very strong because there seems a lot of money in general in all markets but could also be low because we have less collectors buying at the moment for certain coins.
I think if Bezos was a collector he could buy out the entire top end of the market (>100k) and still have pocket change to buy a few of those nice homes in the Hollywood hills, some luxury yachts, a nice private jet, AND pay for the steroids he's been pumping!
You have to wonder if selling duplicates so close together will hurt the prices realized).
Does Stacks have a list of all the coins in the Miller collection?
Actually, he could probably buy up the ENTIRE US coin market and still have plenty left. His wealth is nothing short of astounding.
Some of those coins could go bye bye to
Chinese collector ( s ) .
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.
where, when is the 1794 Dollar in PCGS 66+?

It's been mentioned in several threads that Mr. Simpson is going through a divorce. Go back and you'll find the threads.

I should also add that the Larry Miller collection being auctioned by Stacks was the property of a collector who died several years ago. So, that should answer your question as to why the "big shots" are selling. Death and Divorce - two of the biggest reasons collections come back on the market.
