Is this impaired Morgan a Proof?

Okay, ever since I've seen a few skillful and fortunate collectors here finding proof Buffalo nickels out in the wild as simple business strike examples I too have been on the hunt. As I am not as gifted in detecting these- especially searching eBay- I've resigned to the fact I may never locate one.
Fast forward to a few weeks later and I began to search for other proof early type- such as Barbers and Morgans. I did happen upon a Morgan that by every indication appears to be an impaired, perhaps slightly circulated proof.
I post it here looking for either further comment, or an opinion from those more in the know.
Here is what an 1892 Proof Morgan should look like:

This is an example I purchased (hasn't arrived yet) as an impaired business strike:

Either way, I am happy to own this Morgan as I like the hard fields and detailed devices and the price was right.
(Plus, I don't return eBay coins that I take a gamble on. I don't think that's fair to the seller.)

depending on how many obv dies are used, the odds are against you as the 1 on your coin is over a gap whereas the pcgs one is over a dentil.
if the dentils on proof morgans are completely well-formed with no exceptions, that is another strike against as your coin has some obv weak/odd dentils west.
i like you are looking and sharing though. looking for them consistently year after year is not for the faint of heart and mind. i do it off and on for a few series but lightning hasn't struck.
Yea no. Weak strike.
I don't think it's a proof. First thing I notice is the inconsistency in strike and overall shape of the denticles. On the proof they're very well struck and sharply cut. On the other example, they're all over the place--strongly struck and weakly struck, sharply cut and blobby.
Not even close IMHO.
I think it has a chance. Really depends what those fields look like in hand.
I'm in the no camp but hoping for you.

Alright. Thanks guys! I appreciate it.
Sorry Pat. Not a proof.
The strike looks t0o weak for a proof.
Weak dentils & weak lettering.
The edges are NOT sharp, even if circulated, they would be squared off more than what shows on the coin.
Also, there is no little neck dent in Morgan's throat.
0.0001 % chance this is a circulated proof coin.
I hope this helps.

No it's not for me
I would say it is not a proof.... the reasons noted above cover my assessment as well...Cheers, RickO
As a followup, this Morgan arrived today and although I like it- it isn't a proof (as all suspected it wouldn't be).
So, the search continues!
Don't look like a proof to me.
