It's a common gilt brass advertising token from the Vermont Farm Machinery Co. of Bellows Falls, Vermont touting their gold medals won at the 1900 Paris Universal International Exposition and the 1901 Pan-American Exposition held in Buffalo, New York. Vermont Farm Machinery also struck a similar piece for the 1905 Lewis & Clark Expo in Portland and issued other small advertising pieces. The current token is the most common of the group.

IIRC it's only 32mm so, among other reasons, it doesn't fit into the multi-dimensional parameters needed to be listed as a SCD (unless you have a faulty micrometer).

The LaBatts piece is one of several advertising tokens struck by Whitehead & Hoag for Pan-Am award winners using the expo emblem as a common reverse. Whitehead & Hoag struck a similar piece for themselves as well.
I like threads like this that provide information on tokens/medals I have not seen before. Tokenpro seems to be a great source of information!

The last coin looks to be French Colonies struck between 1825-1830 and obviously well worn . Unable to id the denomination but it is likely the 5 Centimes but that depends on size
