OT, maybe, maybe not: Have you ever felt like you needed a Cape??

keetskeets Posts: 25,351 ✭✭✭✭✭

I do, every now-and-then, so I decided to buy one for those situations when it almost seems like nothing short of SuperHuman effort will get things done. A speedy shipment from eBay and it arrived today. :p

I'm going to have my GF sew a big, black "A" on the back!!

I feel as though I have rescued a few people from themselves and their potential poor coin purchasing decisions so I guess I could use a cape every now and then. :D

From prose to pose. Keets covers it here.
Truth be told. For Christmas my mom received a leather cape from a shop in Oldtown Los Gatos in the early 70’s. Authentic hippy garb, though she was far from it.
I probably wore it more than she did, in the privacy of my own home. Pretending I was Elton or Mick.
So yeah, sometimes you just need a cape.

    We're all born MS70. I'm about a Fine 15 right now.

    no

never was into such silly ideas , i deal in the real world where things never go to plan, that is why i have backup plans, so if plan A flops i have other ideas on how to get whatever needs to be done done

also i focus on what i can control not what i can't keeps things simple and makes planning easy

silverpop, maybe you might back off just a tad on the serious side and consider that this is ALL in jest. at least that was how it was intended and how i think everyone inferred. B)
