Thanks for posting them.Short Snorters were notes signed by your fellow Servicemen & Servicewomen that you were traveling with.
If you were asked at a later date to produce it… and you could not … you owed that person a drink.
Very well worn by someone who carryed it, through who knows what ?
A great piece of history if you think about were it may have been and what it has been through.
Those are faded signatures on the notes .

The Victory series 66 Peso is still relevant to this thread.
In October 1944 the United States liberated the Philippines from Japanese control……
The Victory Peso note was printed.

That's a good one. My wife agrees with you. I say take a vacation to Dairy Queen and keep the notes. I would consider trading for a 1980 Pontiac TRANS AM0 -

Very neat and different. I think way better than having a 66EPQ note. I haven't seen a postmarked Hawaii note before. Something else now to look for to add to my collection.

The first 4 numbers in these 5 notes are the birthdays of my family

I have never put all my Hawaii notes together before. Kind of fun to do and didn’t realize I had this many. I found 1 more $10 note that wasn’t in the “GRAND FINALE”. If you have never done this before with a series of your collection you should give it a try!!!

I just counted again and I believe there are exactly 100 notes. WOW I think I may have a hoarding problem. Doesn't seem so bad when they are stored away.
