Well well, look what "my bank" was willing to give me! Awesome, 20 rolls at least. I did ask for a whole box but hey, I'm ecstatic. Can't wait to dig in later on. Lol

    I don't bank, I have three credit unions and I am very pleased with all of them. The tellers are all trained to save the goodies for me, so they can get treats. :)

    My bank has been very generous to me, but I usually only get a couple of rolls at a time. If they question me, I say run my card. If they do I get hustled into a private office. It must be my mask.

    I regularly go to about 7 or 8 banks in 3 different towns. As soon as I walk through the door the tellers start pulling stuff out of their drawers that they have been saving for me. Including 2 counterfeit bills. Shhhh don't tell anyone it's illegal.

    I'd love to get a few fake bills but I am not sure I know any of the tellers well enough to ask. ;)

    Got a phone call from a teller last week with $1500 worth of quarters in clear plastic sealed bank bags. They were too lazy to roll them up themselves and decided to call me before sending those coins to central.

    1 silver from just 20 rolls would be very unlikely.

    @mannie gray

    Gotta believe! I haven't done dimes steadily since 2014, but in the period of 2009-2014 I averaged ~1.7 silvers per box. Six years on of additional dilution (billions of coins) and a lot of new CRH'ers, yeah one 90% from 20 rolls is a bit optimistic. But I have a feeling @joeykoins is gonna get lucky tonight.

    I'll guess no silver dimes. :/

    Coinstar rejects silver and I think some of the coin handlers also screen for silver.

    Best chance for silver is CWRs (customer wrapped rolls).

    I'll probably be more successful in higher graded coins,as well as, in varieties. More than silver

    Quick Update;
    Opened 15 rolls out of the 20 quickly just to check for Silver. So far, NOTHING. No Silver, like some of you guy's mentioned. Just two colored (Toned) coins and many newer dimes. Checking through them more thoroughly, will take over the weekend, another Update later... Thanks :)

    You can just glance at the edges to find silver, no need to weigh.

    But to find gems and varieties among the clad dimes, one has to look at each one... closely.

    Yes, like I posted earlier, NO Silver! but nevertheless, some quite interesting ones found. Just from the first 5 rolls out of the 20. Coin #1. Here are two Roosies, dated 2018. Not old to say the least. for such a newer coin, the die cracks on these, seem a bit unusual, no?

    Also, doesn't the top of the "2" in the date seem to have a split serif?

    Coin #2.

    Note; On this 2018, couldn't seem to find a split serif on this "2" in the date, like the other one?

    Coin #3.

    1999 Strike-Throughs?

    Coin #4.

    2013 A beaute for 7 yrs. In the wild.

    Coin #5

    A Toned
