I don’t know if I’d cough up $4k for it but that gold certificate is handsome.

What has been really eye opening about this thread is how each of the options has an audience here. Sure, we might not all want (or be able) to spend $4,000, but each of these items could be found cheaper (or something similar could be found) if someone wanted to spend less.

Hands down A which looks pretty nice for a VF25.

While I would be tempted to take A., I would probably pass on all.

    A. comes closest though for me and it is a pretty hot looking note. I would take it for sure at a higher grade, but I think then it'd break the budget.

    D. I'm very much more a coin guy but I like those notes better than the coins.

    C

I like gold, and that seems solid for the grade.

Not B. I'd go for C since I'm a coin man, but honestly I would not spend 4g's on a liberty gold coin from the 20th century.

I’m not even a currency guy, but I like option A the best. Visually and artistically the most appealing to my eye.

I mean to each their own. I wouldn't spend 4k on any of them. I would use the 4k to buy a US coin with 17 as the first 2 digits.

    C. Looks better than 64. What do I know, though.

I really like that Gold Note (A), and think the $20 gold is really nice for the grade. Guess I'd go for "A" even though I'm not much into paper.

Option A, no question. That is a magnificent note 👌
