I realize it has a few hits, but it looks to have great luster. I would go with MS65 unless the cloudiness or spotting above the bison is more visible in-hand and would then go MS64.

I would say a solid 65 based on those pictures.... in hand? Maybe better.....Cheers, RickO

I think inhand many more scars/scratches will show up on the neck and cheek and jaw that might limit it to a 64. JMO
