Possible Upgrade Candidate?

I recently purchased this 1874 $3 gold piece off eBay that is graded an AU 58. There is a decent amount of scuffs on the front side of the slab toward the top of the coin. I am most likely going to get it reholderd anyway but is it worth getting a regrade as I would not crack it out.

Can't tell from the photos, but I would rather have most correctly graded AU-58's than a 60,61.
That's pretty. Quality reflective fields. Nice.
Beware a crack put, too. You never know how it might be seen. When I tried to crossover this era holder one graded, one was rejected as cleaned, and one as it wouldn’t cross at the same grade. I agreed with them on the last one but hoped. I was surprised by the cleaned status.
Thank you to those that have replied so far, I would submit it to NGC under regrade, I don’t like the risk that a crackout has.

Looks good as it is....a nice gold coin.... Would need better pictures to venture a grade opinion though. Cheers, RickO

Another vote for leave it alone. If the scuffs bother you, buy some plastic polish and clean it up.

And yet another....I like those older generation slabs and it doesn't look badly scuffed, IMHO.
Also, it looks properly graded.
