At this point in time, August 13, 2020, the VNA Convention in Fredericksburg, VA has been suspended.
Please see below for a message from the Bourse Chairman, Richard Schornak….
Due to the rising risk of the COV-19, here in Virginia, The Board of Governors for the VNA decided to suspend this year's VNA convention in Fredericksburg, VA.
Upon careful planning, we are unable to fully protect those who attend.
We are in constant planning for the VNA's next step.
A day without fine wine and working on your coin collection is like a day without sunshine!!!

Sad.... I thought shows would be returning more by now....I know there have been a few...I assume really large shows present the greatest difficulty in controls.... So small shows for a while. Cheers, RickO

The Richmond Club has also cancelled the fall show.
When did they decide that? I hadn't heard that yet until now

Yup. Well at least thanks to widespread internet and eBay, being stuck at home isn’t a huge problem for coin collectors.
Not just that but interest in coins and prices of some pieces are increasing.
Hopefully some new collectors stay with the hobby after the virus is taken care of.
No surprise.
