I've seen Gooden put that inscription on more than one card that now resides in PSA holders. Almost always 86 Topps or O-Pee-Chee, though, I think because of the nice action pose. I don't own one. This one was a screen grab from a recent eBay sale. Uncle Rick seems to list one periodically, though, so maybe keep your eyes peeled there for one to show up.

@perkdog I don't recall the background on the Montana photo, as far as when, where, etc. I believe it is rare for obvious reasons. I've edited it and sent it out into the world through various mediums, and I'm not even sure I have the original screengrab downloaded anywhere. I'm 99 percent sure I got a link to that photo while reading a Paul Lukas uni-watch blog. He does a lot of deep dives into uniform variations, patches, etc including team affiliated merchandise, so I'm sure the unusual 49ers t-shirt was why he linked to it.
