    It does. But at the same time, it doesn't even show half a horn. Interesting that the PCGS photograde pics from F15 to VF35 are not all that consistent. You will find some stronger features on the lower graded coins.....esp on horn vs. tail detail. Circ VG-VF Buffs have always puzzled me. This coin has some good detail in the Indian's upper hair and feather.

    Yes, 11=10+1.
    Or 11=12-1

    I do think it has fine+ details but the slightly fuzzy pics, esp. the reverse image, prevents going up to possibly fine 13 or even 14 😉

    My gut instinct was G6. I guess I suck at grading these in heavily circulated condition.
