Two completely worn out Quarters? I don't see how anyone can put a date to those two pieces, they are "Crap" not even scrap!

I see the "1" so it has to be a 21. I sort of see the center of the "3" which, again, would have to be 23.

I just sold a 21 On ebay last week, could clearly see 1 (only the 1) and it brought like 80 bucks. id pass on these.
