I believe most of the CEC places quit using tokens and went with a credit card type thing you could load money on and unload tickets off of to trade for prizes. The original tokens are getting harder to find in decent condition and there are a few varieties that are more difficult to find.
Pretty much anything the US mint has put out in the last 10 years would qualify...... the look is the same anyhow.
I have never been to a Chuck E. Cheese....Do they serve Cabernet?
Well, in this little village, we do not even have a Burger King or a Wendy's....
Cheers, RickO
that sounds amazing, to be honest...
The band sucks and the pizza’s cold
and you eat it with a snot nose four year old.
Now where are my McDonald's Big Mac tokens?
I have found a few of those tokens in the CoinStar.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
They don't serve Cabernety, but I'm pretty sure some have (had?) beer
What am I going to do with all the Chuck E Cheese tokens I have gotten from Coinstar machine reject slots!!!!!!!!
Be creative, come up with a SCD design and become a private minter of tokens. Peace Roy

I went to a few birthday parties in the early 2000s. Wasn't impressed.
Well that’s just a bummer

While I enjoyed it as a kid, isn't it just a place where parents go to fist fight now?
A friend of mines little ones used to mispronounce the name. They used to call it "Chunky Cheese".
I took my daughter to chuck e cheese a few years ago... could not believe how expensive and terrible it had become. You had to buy the buffet and a certain amount of game credits. Barely any pizza on the buffet.. which I was disappointed at. The game credit was for all you could play for 30 minutes or something like that. Most games gave tickets.. a few gave tokens to trade for tickets. I knew the tickets barely amounted to anything at trade in time, so I played the games for tokens, and walked out of there with as many as I could, haha. I figured they would be worth slightly more than the cheap toys you could buy with the tickets.
I was a Whack-A- Mole savant when my kids were growing up.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Pretty neat!
I thought it was called Showbiz Pizza Place in the 80's?
Early American Copper, Bust and Seated.
That reminds me of my little one who used to call popcorn cop-porn.

My kids used to say, "Chucky Jesus"
😂

In 1981 our local hangout was fully called,
"Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theater" or "Chucky's" for short

A long time ago, when I was a child, I did go to a birthday party and won a bunch of tickets via arcade games there. Those tickets were cashed in for a plastic toy mini car with Chucky on there. I still have it in Mint Condition. Glad I saved it. I guess it could be a collector's item now.

Chuck E Cheese pizza was actually pretty good....
....If you are into consuming greasy cardboard.
Where are all the parents going to fist fight each other now for their kids b-day parties?? Damn shame.
At the little league baseball park of course.
You beat me to it! The epic fights are the first and only thing I associate with Chuck E Cheese (I've never been to one).
