Notice anything strange and unusual?
Hi guy's
Pictured is the 1964 Denver Mint set. Can anyone point out what shouldn't be? This is the reason I bought this! Not the greatest pictures but it is obvious to point out. Warning: Many Photo's

Maybe later, I'll take better photo's?
Got an idea! First one to guess will win a GIVEAWAY!

--- If it should happen I die and leave this world and you want to remember me. Please only remember my opening Sig Line. Are the dime and half supposed to have a D mint mark?
They all have a D mint mark. Just that in 1964 all denominations except the penny have their mint mark on the reverse.

No the half does have a mint mark. It’s on the reverse to the left of the olive branch in the left claw.

There is nothing unusual about the set.
oh, dear. You're going to have to give a prize to everyone except the one who saw a problem.
If you really like "error" mint sets, I've got a bunch of oddball ones here. PM me.
Oh boy! My mistake not the Mint. I'll still send a prize to the first poster. Lol

I think Joey owes everyone on the forum a prize!
You could place this in the "made you look", category.

For the life of me , I couldn't figure out what the problem was, "there wasnt one" Looked like every other 64-d mint set Ive seen
Ha! I had the same misconception as the OP!
No prize necessary because it wasn't earned, but now we both know!

--- If it should happen I die and leave this world and you want to remember me. Please only remember my opening Sig Line.Sorry about that guy's! There is one chance of saving face. The quarter's mint mark looks doubled or even tripled? If this turns out true, then this will be an unusual Mint set after all. Fingers crossed!
"Jesus died for you and for me, Thank you,Jesus"!!!
--- If it should happen I die and leave this world and you want to remember me. Please only remember my opening Sig Line.Without looking, I would bet that it is machine doubling. I have seen several 64-D quarters with that feature.
I thought they sent you a planchet with ink on the plastic.
What?
What just happened
Nice while it lasted.
I'm afraid you might be correct. Lol Thanks for the heads up.

on 63-D and 64-D Quarters.
Do we know why that was? Were they doing something differently in that period?
