Dealers for gold $2.50 and $5 pieces

Who are some of your favorite dealers for gold $2.50 and $5 coins? Either design. I haven't decided between liberty or the Indian head design. I'll probably get at least one of each.

Ive been scoring some good deals on Great Collections. Building a 2.5, 5, 10, 20 set (both indian and liberty) and a 1 and 3 dollar piece all MS.

I know a couple of dealers that sell great looking coins at very fair prices. I won't say who they are because I don't need the competition. It would be like telling everyone where your favorite fishing places are located. ;)

It is best to visit various online sites (and local shops if you have any in your area). Do some comparative shopping and, depending on your experience level with gold, probably stick to slabbed coins - lots of fakes out there. Cheers, RickO

I’ve used David Lawrence Rare Coins for my recent gold acquisitions. They have a pretty good inventory of quarter and half eagles. There’s usually some in each of their weekly auctions.

Too bad for dealers! If they have fantastic material and prices then customers won't want to tell anyone else about them!

Edited to add: NortheastNumismatics.com posts new material regularly and usually has a few of everything in varying grades.

I sell a lot of $2 1/2 Indians... though I’m a bit low right now with the pandemic going on

I'm not much competition. One or two pieces and I'll be done. I've used David Lawrence and I check Northeast every so often. Thanks for the input.
