looks like extra lettering on the possible 4th strike and it has an indent on the other site in same position but a little smaller which is a good sign.
also it was maybe struck through at least 1 other coin. so may have a/some sibling(s) out there.

I have not collected error coins....except for two blank cent planchets I have received in change and kept. I do find them very interesting though, and great fun to interpret how some of them occurred. Cheers, RickO

Another question. What are the odds when a coin has been struck multiple times and you have different profile? Reason I'm asking is if you see Lincoln's head as shown below, one has a die crack and one does not. Is that even possible?

Looks like triple to me. I am unsure if the obverse 9:00 is an extra strike or not.

Got this as a kid and I kept it ever since. Yep I was hooked way back when. :-)
