I like the coin and if it were mine it would go back to PCGS, raw. MS62 is probably about right...that is not a "below average" coin. The bust half world is different from the Morgan world. I have many very nice MS61/62 bust halves. See here:

I guessed MS63 at PCGS. I do think it's secondary toning, but market acceptable. The surfaces imho have too few marks for a 62.

Bummer they lost out like that
is pcgs still using a sniffer or simliar type of machine to detect, unacceptable materials on surfaces? - if so, best not to use shield for this coin again.
