- Please don't bother.
Too many were minted and many are still hiding out in bags and rolls.

Try to find a Major Error coin for each of the 50 states.
That would be an uber-cool unique set.

One thing I do thank state quarters for is I do believe it got a few more people in the hobby. I dont mean the ones that just put the 50 quarters in the maps and called it quits, but I have quite a few people tell me they started collecting state quarters and then that blossomed into collecting other coins
HAPPY COLLECTING
That would be very cool but I wonder if that’s even realistically possible?
Do die chips count? lol
Yes, I believe it is possible, just extremely hard to complete, but doable.
No, as they are considered a minor error.
I love my Dansco set!

I got them in silver proof. The only one that has held value is the first. Still look nice.
I know the State Quarter program brought a lot of YN's into the hobby....Of course, most will then graduate to the lures of young life and then family.... but many of us have the same pattern. There are those who will return to coin collecting as life settles down and income increases....Cheers, RickO
