Well let me see. A couple of yrs ago someone found a silver Roosie (Not sure of the date) that actually has a double mouth. Thought it was being sent in to Coneca for review and I've personally heard nothing else on said coin. I do keep an eye out for them.
Your coin also demonstares some of the "Bugs Bunny tooth" that you find on the Franklin half dollars.
Don't believe there is any premium for these dimes unless they get designated.

That coin has been struck from very worn dies. That's the only anomaly I see.
