Ever buy coins like this? I've never been a fan of sight unseen.
I figured it can't be that dirty of a dog with a plus grade and a bean. Though, I'm interested in seeing what the smudge looks like.
Cost less than a homemade dinner to upgrade my ngc MS61 to this PCGS 63+ CAC.
Worth a shot..

Yes. I've bought several coins from blurry photos with mixed results. I won an EF40-ish Texas off of eBay from blurry photos from a seller who otherwise sold children's perfume. I never knew they made perfume for children. Anyway, the coin turned out to be excellent.

A PCGS + graded coin with CAC is about the least risky blurry picture purchase there is especially when it's gold so I don't think you'll be disappointed. That one looks to have a nice yellow gold color to it as well.
