Yup, spreading the doorjamb with a Jack is somewhat common. Peace Roy

It was a safe Safe when I bought it from the coin shop years ago.
Now, according to them, it's not safe anymore.
Maybe it really wasn't a safe Safe when I bought it.
It don't matter. All my stuff is at the bank anyways.
Do I need a safer Safe to replace my safe Safe anyway?

    I quit!

It all depends on the safe, the location and the security measures surrounding the home. My safe weighs 750 pounds empty. Many other measures in place. Cheers, RickO

750 pounds would be a lot of postage.

After the recent pandemic is it wise to have coins stored in a SDB? The bank lobbies were closed at the banks and you had to make an appointment to gain access to your box. What if the bank said they would only allow access on Wednesdays and you needed to pull a coin on Thursday? There are drawbacks to storing coins if you want access to them. just sayin...mh
