below is the Die Variety you are thinking about, I don't believe the coin you have is the DDR. to that point, even it was the coin is so degraded that the value would be nil, only worth melt as others have stated.
for the Die Variety --- it isn't an error --- the doubling is to the viewers lower right quadrant of the reverse, very clear.

Every thing like said above are damage made after the coin left the mint. The coin is worth it’s sliver value which is about $1

My advice is to buy a Red Book of US Coins and read it before watching another YouTube get rich quick video.
research first with books and such on double dies and other errors then you will know what you have or don't have

The verdict is still out on whether it's a Type 1 (Asphalt) or Type 2 (Cement)
